- are or become defective through no fault of the buyer;
- are not for the purpose stated or the purpose the buyer made known to you;
- don’t match the description or sample; or
- have defects that were not obvious or that were not brought to the buyer's attention.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase:
- Returns are accepted by post within 7 days
- You must specify the reason
- We will refund your money or exchange faulty item(s) at our discretion
- Return postage is paid by buyer and will not be refunded.
